The Blow Molding CD-ROM

What is this CD's purpose?
Training CD-ROM to teach and simulate the operation of the Large Part Blow Molding Machine. Using 3D, video, and other images, the user can interact with the machine. The project is sponsored by Little Tikes (Rubbermaid), Ford Motor Co., Lear Automotive, Davis-Standard Co., and Phillips.

Financially, this CD-ROM helps Large Part Blow Molding companies by saving the engineer's time spent on training new (transient) blow mold machine operators. If new employees choose to stay, then the engineer can fine tune the training that the CD-ROM began.

Other features
In addition, the software keeps track of all the user's information. The engineer can enter the password protected section and can immediately notice any improvement in the employees performance. An timed anatomy quiz, and a working simulation of the machine are two of the major performance tools on the CD-ROM.
